The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

20. It's become a lot easier thankfully, although there's not a lot of new people who talk in this count.

28. Count the number above the other person and p1 then p2 then p1 is allowed but p2 can’t count again. All counts start with number 5$3! Dot then a good sized message. If you don’t know what to do don’t comment

29. Welcome, lokeshwarah! It seems you are on Armoria since a long time, nice to see you joining the counting!
Most roles are simple. Just continue the count with the next number, and contribute some text (it is not allowed to spam numbers without some chatting). And as Widests[no t]inger said, no Back2back (ABAB) of 2 persons. And no monologue (AA) or editing. And of course no profanity or such thing. Shining funk, that's the hardest part.

@Widestsinger: I don't know the guy, he probably died a long time ago. It is a chinese saying. I have a postcard that pretends it was Confucius, but that's not a reliable source.

30. I'm sorry but I just have to say something that's been pissing me off.

I have three accounts and three emails, two of my accounts I can log in to and one I can't, I want this account to be on my main email and the other two I don't care about but you can't switch without making a new email so I did and I go to change my email on my other account that I can log into and changing that and then changing my main to the new email but I have to wait like five more hours to do so and its becoming a big mess all because I want to change my emails.

Google doesn't tell me what the source for the quote is but you can always ask chatgpt, it knows but can't tell you anything.
For the past month I've been spending more hours then I'm willing to admit grinding away at quests and the more quest games I play the more misleading numbers I find, the quest game page says there's 85 games but it only has 84 listed, Treadmillasaurus Rex has no quests so its only 83 but its actually way less. 1/4th of those games are broken or have broken quests, (I have them listed on my profile if you are curious) 69 to be exact. And That's only if you count the games that break half way through, if you count any broken games then the number drops to 61 games where you can get all the quests.

32. Where do I find the list of non-working games? I only found one with 22 games. For House of Wolfes: I recently got the quests. The problem is mainly the right-click-issue, but the quests seems to work fine.
rida2021: Yes, it is possibleif everyone commits a common strategy or protocol. But I've seen some tries and there was always someone who messed it up :-). For exmple, you could agree on a sequence of at least three persons who post only in some order like ABCABCABC. Widestinger has three accounts, so technically he could do it alone, but I'm sure this is not allowed (however, I think there's nothing in the rules about this ;-) ).

Dots not necessary. Numbers not necessary either. Long messages also not necessary. For my 1000th post, I broke all the CT100 rules in one single post without actually breaking any rules. Fun times.

All correct *enough*, though. XXXIII (33 in latin, so it's OK. Really! Trust me. Don't you trust me? It would make you a terrible partner, you know? You've known me for ages. I'd never do something so mean, so wrong. Do you really think I would? It hurts me if you do. Even the thought of you thinking it.)

@lokeshwarah
What do you not understand about the rules exactly? For now, just count up as we do. Ask "Should we reset?" if a mistake happens. Good to have you Vlad. Er... Dobro Požalovat'

Treadmillasaurus Rex has quests. I know 'cause I got them.

@rida2012
We *could* all get on Discord and pump it out in half an hour. In fact, 7 years ago, this was the usual method! So why don't we anymore? It's simple -

34. Yeah simple, it breaks the spirt of the game and is ruining it. I have alts but I don't count here because it ruins the fun. This isn't about speed running to 100 its about conversating and counting, something we have been doing for 10 years.
