The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

Yeah, I'm studying Drama and Theatre, and my Uni has just shut for the academic year (we're maybe 75% through) It's my last year too, so no last goodbye to my course mates, just "I guess that was our last day together, have a good life" really sucks. Also my practical exams have been cancelled, and we've been working on these projects for months. Just essays, which sucks. My teacher was leaving too, so no last hurrah for him either. Seriously bummed out.

At least I work in retail, not gonna be losing money through work anytime soon. In a crisis, people always want booze, so we should stay open for a while yet. I'm just sad about all my extra curricular. No more band, aerial, other band, choir, D&D. It's all gone. :'(

14. We were supposed to have class this week but then Governor Laura Kelly has shut down all K-12 schools, and yesterday, the president of my university decided to cancel all classes on campus for this week. I had one class yesterday and it went into effect at 4:30 P.M. so my 5:00 class was canceled. We also weren't supposed to move out of the dorms until Friday, but yesterday we got an email basically saying "Did we say Friday? No, you're moving out TOMORROW!" so yeah. My best friend, who goes to a different university, called up panicking because they also decided to move everyone out as well. She asked me for advice, which I think that she should listen to whatever she feels is right, but I ultimately told her she should go back home with her family. I also reminded her that she's free to hang out at my house anytime she wants (we're 30 minutes apart) since my parents told her she's always welcome at our house.

15. oh, yeah, my uni cancelled our classes last Friday, and since then, some of our teachers have been livestreaming their classes to us, so we can still have classes without having to go to uni, well, I guess it could be worse.

and also, ugh, I feel sorry for that, Saph :/

18. It isn't too bad for me. I just need to adjust to online classes and I was fortunately not one of the majors screwed over by this. (Can't say the same to my now former roommate/RA. Don't remember her major exactly, just that she was dual majoring and I believe one of them was Animal Science.) However, I can't say the same for my sister. If the NY/DC trip getting canceled wasn't bad enough - especially since we won't get a full refund - my sister dealt with three blows of bad news on Tuesday. First, we learn that school was canceled for the rest of the semester, and since we're a pretty rural community, online classes isn't possible. Second, Prom was canceled, it's my sister's senior year and she won't be able to go to her senior prom, we already ordered the dress and I know that Alana will be filled with sadness as she won't be able to wear it now. Last, and quite possibly the worst, Graduation was canceled. Sure, they can send your diploma through the mail but it is not at all the same as walking onto the stage when they call your name and throw your hat at the end of the ceremony. I'm sorry that I'm so gloomy today. It totally doesn't help that it's been mostly gloomy outside since last Thursday, after the great day I was having suddenly came crushing down when I learned what was going to happen. I'm usually an optimist but it's been really hard lately to stay positive with this epidemic going on. Even the weather seems to agree as I mentioned earlier with how gloomy it is.

19. Despite the somewhat realistic level of optimism in my previous post, I managed to be late to both of my online classes yesterday despite being within 10 feet of my computer (if not on it) basically all day. I'm not going to pretend I understand how these things happen.

20. When people who named these types of phobias they were probably just trying to hurry and get out of work so they thought of random words and just added phobia to the end of it.

7. I'm surprised at how many people I recognize who are still posting. Scrolling through the old threads has definitely brought back some (slightly embarrassing) memories. Anyway I'm in college now. How're you guys doing? I'll have to check out the Discord, which apparently can't be talked about too loudly
