The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

001. Yay! I can use my autoclicker on the report button on mods posts!

(Just kidding, I swear. Don't ban me)

2. Idle games. I played lots of clicker heroes on mobile, and I don't remember if I did all the quest on computer... on mobile I reached at least with something like nice outsiders.

3. The only two games that I used autoclicker in (that basically MADE ME use autoclicker) are Hero Simulator and Strike Force Kitty: Last Stand. I played through whole Clicker Heroes and Crusaders of the Lost Idols without them. I thought that's cheating and probably kind of detectable (like f.e. on Minecraft servers) in the first place xD But when seeing others recommending it in comments I just started using it as well.

automating something you'd be doing anyway

However, you can easily set an autoclicker to 100 clicks per second or more. I don't think anyone normal can do that manually. And that does give you an advantage, at the very least in speeding up your progress.

5. I never liked Idle games. I mean, you just wait! I don't get the point. I mean.
Super Mario? Pass the level avoiding all the enemies and difficult jumps and such.
Minecraft? Survive, Build something awesome, have fun! You can do practically anything!
Serious Sam/Doom/Duke Nukem? Kill everything in your path. Vent your frustrations!
Idle games? Click, buy autoclicker, then just wait and upgrade autocliker in a boring cycle of monotony! Oh, and then you reset. I only play them for the quests.

I should really start using autoclicker for the quests. I didn't know if it was legal or not.

6. Trust me, even with autoclicker you're not going to get that specific quest. It's unbalanced, you need to use the investments for it.

7. well, i think i clicked something like 20-30times second manually, using 3fingers and 2 hands for the ClickerHero quest or achievement, don't really remember why idid it and continued doing it untill i break 2mouses ... but personally, i don't think autoclickers are cheats/hacks, it is just something helpfull you don't really need. btw, at least for Zombidle, devs said using it is not cheat and allowed so it's ok to use it even if not necessary

8. Well what is considered cheating nowadays?
Is using a walkthrough on youtube for let's say "sum links" also cheating?

009. I hope not, because that's how I completed that game.

10. well, i took Wipikedia description of "cheating" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheating
"However, technically, as with live sports, it is cheating if the player is not playing the game in a formally approved manner, breaking unwritten rules." you have to click to play the game, and nowhere there is written you have to click yourself and : "Using exploits in single-player modes is usually considered to be simply another form of exploring the game's content unless the player's accomplishments are to be submitted competitively" so ... if there is no "competition" and single game, it is not really cheating, i think it is in apreciation of the player and "is using autoclicker cheat or not is subjective" some players will say yes, others not ...

11. I'll say: it's there, if you want to use it, use it, if you don't want to use it, don't use it. If you didn't know it existed, that's a shame for you.

Using exploits in single-player modes is usually considered to be simply another form of exploring the game's content unless the player's accomplishments are to be submitted competitively (...)
The question is, isn't questing a form of competing?

15. mmm good question, for me questing is just some kind of personal achievement more than competition.
most of idle/clicking have no quest (like Zombidle, wich is the best idle game for me, RealmGrinder, etc). most of the quest are mostly &quotlay the game and when you complete it you should have all the quests" recently, no need to use cheat/hack/glitch, you just need to play the game and have fun ^^
very often, cheating or exploiting in a game remove all the fun and interest
