The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

14. @PLGuy Gosh, it's true! I've forgotten about me recommending you that video XD
@AmyClyne whenever I think like that I remember a quote that, I guess, I read somewhere, but I can't seem to recall where. The quote is: "Every decision you have taken in life, from the most important ones to the little ones, have led you to this precise moment... So, what's going to be your next decision?". Age is not as important as the decisions you make in order to live your live fully.

Man, I'm getting really philosophical lately XD

15. @kalisenpai I'm not too sure what to do at the moment, so I am looking for something to chat about, not here obviously because it's a bit too much of a hassle.

16. @PLGuy Did I actually put a picture of a kitchen counter? That sounds like such a me thing to do, its funny thinking about it now.

17. I have a diary that I planned to write in every day. I bought it in 2017 and I still haven't written a single thing in it yet.

Wow.

18. @abcdragon66 Maybe at least it's not a notebook+calendar? The main reason I've never even tried to run a diary is that you need lotsa persistence. I mean, after a few months it must feel great to write, but until then it's so booooring. Still, it must be great to store memories.

@Yellowcat That you did, captain. XD There were some counter puns after that.

@kalisenpai so the here and now matters. About the decisions, I could add that (in general) I regret more things that I didn't do than those that I did.

19. I could never do a diary.
1. I am nowhere near diligent or persistent enough to do it for an extended amount of time
2. I'm not great making at making plans, which I know some people do in diaries
3. Writing down all of your thoughts and emotions in a book seems like a great way for someone to steal it and read all of your stuff
4. Carrying around a book all the time seems really dumb when you have a phone

20. Wow, looking at all the talking that's happened while I was gone... And all that talk about the past... I feel like such a noob! Anyway, @Yellowcat I could never make myself do the diary thing either. However:

Carrying around a book all the time seems really dumb when you have a phone

I beg to differ! I almost always have a book on me! (Granted, I don't have a smartphone, but still!)

21. I had a diary once. At the same time, I also had siblings. Little did I know, siblings and private property mix as well as diet coke and mentos or hydrogen and oxygen or a big red button that says &quotress in case of Russia" in the president's office and a 4 year old.

Safe to say, I never had a diary again. Maybe I should change that since they're gone.

22. ^ Another good reason I never even tried to have one :-P

Diaries are in so many games/movies etc. it seems cool to keep one. But also it's often shown how they leak secret info. If I were to keep one, that would be in some app, for both data security and comfort. Also I'd start noting at a lower frequency, like once a week. Naaah, I won't keep a diary anyway :-P

Hmm... carrying a book everywhere might save your life, that is in a pocket on the left side of your chest (according to every other action movie). Bonus chance if that's your Holy Book.

23. I think most phones and mobile devices have "notes", which you could use like a diary. But I don't have a phone :P

By the way, does anyone realize how HARD it is to make a map of my/the void's insides based on our roleplay? I mean, there were like 5 different places in the void and then the void itself. And then the void went inside my soul and you guys went inside of me/the void, which had a lot of different locations. And most of those places aren't even connected. So yeah. I gave up after like two minutes.

24. No clue what you're talking about, but okay. Anyway, yeah, books are awesome, diaries are just a bad idea (my personal opinion).

27. @armorplayergc Happy anniversary XD May you find time to make it a dozen. Those are chocolate cakes when I turn dark mode on.

@abcdragon66 You could assume that a soul is a container with an extra dimension. If void was 3D, it could have been placed somewhere on that extra (spiritual?) 4th dimension, but I wouldn’t really care about joining those two on one map.

That kinda reminds me of an old RP forum. So there was a tavern thread, just like our here on AG. On your first post you had to present your entrance and take a seat. The catch was that every new hero wanted to occupy their own corner away from anyone else. And that bunch of shady (super-original) outcast anti-heroes just stayed in their own corners. So even if we’d add those corners near the ceiling, the building had to be like 12-dimensional. 0_o
