I count abortion as murder when the baby can potentially survive outside the womb - which is around 5 or 6 months, I'm pretty sure. Though 4 months is still iffy - I'd say the first trimester is the only ethical time to get an abortion, because then the fetus is still, well, a fetus.

How old are you? I ask this because this sounds like the opinion of someone who is about 13 or youner. As you talk to people around 16 and over you'll find that law or no law it wont matter. The fact is people either go out and do it with whoever they possibly can because it feels good or they do it with their partner because it's a sign of intimacy. Personally if there were no laws on it and it wqasn't frowned upon I would be alot happier, as a guy in relationships it would make staying over at my girlfriends house etc alot easier because the parents wouldn't care. Trust me dude, sex has nothing to do with rebellion.
