As for the issue itself... No one really enforces the teen sex law. Yes, if its something like an 17-year-old and a 12-year-old, it probably will get brought to court as molestation, but its usually up to parents to enforce their kids. You're not going to find police busting down the door every time they think kids are having sex, unless they're the CPP-SIDDDIUYWTGTHOYAMAOTIYWAC,NA-D (Christian Pope Police-Sex Is Dirty Don't Do It Unless You Want To Go To Hell Or You Are Married And Only Then If You Want A Child, No Abortions-Division) (Consequently the #1 group for virgins who want to make it look like they actually have a good reason for still being one at age 35....)

I agree with Stephen Colbert. "The government should release Joe Lieberman sex tapes to all sex ed classes,so that all kids will be so scared to do it,that teen pregnancy and sexual-related diseases won't be a problem anymore.

Why can't kids just masturbate for eachother or oral? I've never had sex and don't plan on it for a long time cause i have the rest of my life for it and if a condom breaks or something like that when you're not ready, it can mess your life up big time.

Umm well I think that teenagers shouldn't get pregnant at that age, because they're much too young to raise a child. We need a better Sex Ed in school, and parents who don't make it a BAD! thing, so rebellious kids won't do it just to make their parents mad. I believe abortion is an acceptable method(although why people can't use protection, idk)of removing a pregnancy. Giving it up for adoption is, in my opinion, the best way to deal with the situation. Well, other than not getting pregnant. But adoption because teens aren't ready to raise a kid, so that kid is going to have a pretty bad childhood and more than likely only one parent. If they are adopted they will have a more responsible adult looking after them, and it's not as bad as abortion. Keeping the baby, well, if the "couple" thinks they can handle it, and they want to keep the baby, that's their decision. And if they're good parents, it's fine. But most of the times, they split up and one of them ends up half-taking care of the baby and trying to take care of themselves as well. I don't understand why teens can't just watch porn to jack up or oral sex or something! Cuz we end up with bad childhoods, deaths by abortion, etc etc. Sigh.
There isn't really a need for it. Parents just need to learn to care about their kids and teach them right from wrong. There is a severe moral decline in the world and it's not good.

Agreed. Sex isn't that great anyways. Oral is like 10 times better, trust me. Also, if you are worried about the condom, use two. This is called Double Bagging, and works just fine. Honestly, you are better just staying with heavy petting and playing around instead of having sex.
