No lol the only chance you get is in high school. But once you get your job as a police officer, your not gonna work any harder. Why? because working harder doesnt mean any more money from you does it!

The problem is, of course, people don't want to give up what's theirs. For them to give up their stuff, you need a strong government. Say, a Dictatorship. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

The education system is lousy. It has no motivations whatsoever. IT TEACHES NOTHING. I have been through the education in America and I get As but I learned nothing. Waste of timeee. Students will separate from education and you cant blame them. They can rather be playing games at home.
So to make this work, youd have to make the parent the government of the child and give them ultimate rights so they make sure there son stays in school.

The SU was strict on their education and they had free education to anyone. And I mean universities too.
The SU was kicking the US's ass in the Cold War. Even if they lost (even though a lot of people say US faked the moon landing) the way you say it is that they would have gotten no where at all since they were all just stupid retards.
