Yeah, how aggravating is it to try and support an opinion through a series of answers to try and further prove a point! Sheesh, people should just automatically believe every word you say and never challenge it so that you don't have to get tired of answering questions. If you don't want to answer than STOP TALKING ON THE FORUMS. See how that works?

Why argue when you really know nothing about it. If you want to learn through your arguments then for god's sakes dont act like you know what your talking about.
People will have to pay money to support their government in any system - be it capitalist or socialist. It seems like you guys are getting a little too flustered to present coherent arguments. Is having a "bad" education system that's free better than having a great one that only a few people can afford? Well, clearly this is a false dichotomy with terms that are hard to assess anyway. I want to redirect the conversation here, since this doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Earlier I demonstrated that most countries have a hybrid of the two, which seems to work really well. I would stipulate, however, that either pure capitalism or socialism would fail miserably for different reasons. Using what you know about these 2 economic systems, which is least effective in its "ure" form?
Well, that's fine and all, but without supporting your argument, it's a bit silly to post anything at all. The point of this forum is to express ideas logically and coherently while also taking in considerations and critiques from other members. What do the rest of you think? What would happen if you followed either Capitalism or Socialism to their likely conclusions?
This thread got way out of hand, really. People would say socialism is stupid and then Drace would come in and state his opinion. People ask him why and he just states another opinion. People get sick of just hearing his opinion so they leave. Then, someone new comes in and gets annoyed. This is just an ongoing fight which is never going to end.
I agree here. I came in to redirect the conversation because there are still some people making some good points and I'd like to see this through to its fruition.
And Drace, you say that you started with "Capitalism sucks" but then when you answered my question just a bit ago, you answered socialism (my question was which economic system is least effective. Besides, one would have to give entirely new evidence to support their statement since there really is no pure capitalist or socialist economy in existence. I want to steer this towards more ideological standards since people seem to keep getting upset.

Were getting no where... Problem is, for most who ask the questions cannot really picture a socialist society in there mind. Things in text are way different in real life so the most arguments I dont think deserve an answer....>_>
