The Ak-47 is the most reliable automatic weapon in the world. It can be buried in a swamp for a year, and still work; it can be rusted, dropped from 50 feet onto concrete, and fired millions of times and almost never jam. Many American special forces will use it, partly for undercover work and because it is so reliable and so lethal. It is possibly the best assault rifle ever made.
Should Russia stop the production of the AK47 rifle
Personally, I love the AK-47, and this is a very convenient time for this to come up, isn't it? Right after Russia invades Georgia, someone asks them to stop making a weapon that works excellent for them.
@thepyro no its about russia which would classify as world news I dont think i can add anything that hasnt already been said but the only reasons for a country to stop making militar equipment that works well is: funding, obsolete,and lack of materials.
the Ak47 is cheap easy to make. There is a show called greatest ever and they were doing weapons and it was second to the human body but they said that a Serbian made ak47 magazine(as they are called not clips)is interchangeable with a Russian one and Volconboy the full name is Automatic Kalashnikov 1947 not Assault Kalashnikov 1947 and although the Ak is inaccurate in full auto in semi auto a good shooter can put a round on the target 300yds away what it was designed for combat from 300 to 500yds away but during Vietnam an M16 would jam with a bit of mud as in the greatest ever they dunked the Ak in water dust and drove a hummer over it and it still fired so it is very durable and is still a good weapon for professional army even though the are better Ak's on the market they will never surpass the Ak47 in history
It's a weapon of war, and just like nukes they should be put to rest to stop killing each other.
Really, its when someone is shot you see these things. I wish there was a televeision program about how these weapons make it into the average hand of an American and not how the people that use them are terrible. The more informed which must be biasly the more swayed to a better cause.
Guns do not kill people when has a gun alone killed people. The freaking pacifists don't understand guns don't shoot them selves someone has to pull that trigger. The Ak is a good gun one of the best in the world its 61 years old and still fighting strong some guys have owned a gun for years and not shot anyone okay see if you can fin something that I cant beat back down
and I'm not just an fps gamer i know guns i have shot guns passed a course for them okay i know whta I'm talking about my dad was in the military and was a small arms instructor i will know what im talking about and so do many people on this sight don't just asumme your right
Has anyone ( the creator of this thread) ever stated why this was brought up in the first place? I mean did anyone ever say a reason why they believe it should be dissallowed? I don't care one way or another. It just seems like a pointless thread to me.
