Make any sense?

Hmm...are we watched while eating? Because if not, they could always use that time to scrape away at the pipe.

So yeah, most people would kill themselves instead of go through all the work of getting the pipe down. Let alone formulating a plan when all you have to work with is a pipe and rope, but I think you get my point. (Which was umm...that you can't predict what someone will do just because you put them in a certain circumstance. Yeah...)

There is always the possibility of a solid steel bar. . . .

The government puts up lethal electric fences yet people still try to escape.

I get your point.

I have a question.

If a women killed somebody, would they use the death penalty on them?

Since this is an "equal rights" country (USA) now, I don't know why not.

Yup. Texas has several women on death row. Here's a list. From the Texas Department of Correctional Justice.

And I don't want to hear anything more about how much it costs to hold these criminals. If you don't saving money is a good reason to legalize marijuana you can't say its a good reason to kill.

Of course the death penalty should be there without the death penatly the jails would flood with to many serial killers

these are people who KILLED other people, legalizing marijuana leads to addiction, there's strong evidence of schizophrenia related reaction, and other mental problems.

i saw a lil pirate thing on discovery channel with two women convicted. their excuse was pregnancy and they were allowed to live until they gave birth. oh ithink and some states just disallow the death penalty completely

I don't think it's right to take sombody's life because they did. Because when we do, we will become what the killer is.

you are held at gunpoint and you know the robber will die if you touch him. will you touch him to save your own, or have him kill you and feed his family with your goods?

Wow...so I'm a better person than the robber or something? I deserve to live and he doesn't? He's an inferior being? That what you think? Maybe the guy has been down on his luck and lost his job. People, especially now, are desperate. You have just never felt that before so you can't relate to it. I guess some people just like killing people...I'll admit I can't relate to that... No human is better than any other human...

Oh and btw...marijuana isn't habit forming...lol do some research before you post.

Alright...it seems the death penalty's practical benefits do go a long way.

What I really want to know, is is it moral? Is it ethical to kill someone for crimes, no matter how heinous, do we have the authority, the will, the correct state of mind to be able to sentence a person to his death? Wouldn't that be sinking to as low as a murderer? An eye for an eye does not stand, it doesn't stand on the reason that you took a life, I'll take yours. You can say that it's all in the name of greater good for the community, it's for duty, but it sill comes back to the fact that at the end of the day, someone is dying. What about the sanctity of life? How can you prove that criminals have lost the right to life after they killed someone?

They killed someone. People who murder and do terrible things are going to continue doing terrible things. there's two solutions:
1. We can lock them up in prison for life and that crowds up prisons and them become expensive to maintain, which we citizens must pay for. or 2. We kill them the victim's family gets justice, and a carzy person is gone. Win Win.
