This is the official Battle of the Game Systems thread. Which system do you think is top quality? Which system should never have been made? State your opinion and provide the reasons why your console is top dog!
If it wasn't for the X360 exclusive games (like FABLE 3), I'd go with PS3 all the way. It has blu ray, supports 3d movies, has a wide variety of games, and best of all, the online is free. I do admit, the Xbox Live servers for congested games (example:Black Ops) tend to run smoother and faster than on PSN servers, but I'm willing to deal with that to get free online.
There are mature games on the Wii, and to say for the family part, that means that the audience is older.
I agree with Ghost on this subject, why would nintendo make a gaming system and intend it for families if it was "Targeted" for a younger or youth poulation? Would the Parents or Grandparents just sit there and watch the younger kids play? The Wii is also used as a workout system so it is definately focused on a much wider age group of people that just youths.
I would have to say PS3. Xbox360 is a good console, and so is the Wii, but overall I personally like the PS3. The PS3 has better graphics and looks better than the Wii or Xbox360.
i have a xbox 360 and its been giving me lots of problems with not being able to read brand new games. I have played the PS3 before and its way better then the 360 because the graphics are amazing and it never has any problems with it
I agree with some people about the Xbox360. It's cool and fun to play games on it but there should be more age warnings. Seven year olds are playing games that are 18+. I mean, that isn't good. Too much violence, if you ask me.

The graphics ae hardly even noticably different and i have the xbox and wii. My friends have ps3's and we all have to agree the newest xbox looks the best
