I forgetted to write that sakata mkIII has same armor piercing effect than hover tank and rite of fire is same as hover tank.And it has resistance agains missiles damage.
This would just destroy all air things if you got a bunch. Resisting missles means queens are no problem. Just get hovers as ground defense and this thing could deal with anything that flies. I guess thats why its 3x the energy for a mkII not counting manpower and money.

You get it right :P here is other: Cyborg Type:ground Health:200 armor:titanium fire type:ground pulse laser, air:shock rockets (or what ever is name of those rockets that marines fires). Targets:ground and air damageulse laser:same as romans,shock rockets: same as marines fire rateulse laser;same as romans, shock rockets: 1,5x with marines fire rate range:both fire types same as romans speed:same as romans build from:manufactory (tier 2) cost:10mp,0m,20e production time:2x slower than romans spesials:spalsh damage agains air units
well it would be set up for the tier/building... for instance it would upgrade tank and marine but not sniper or hover. Also u need to upgrade this building to fit in with the other tiers... example... to upgrade a hover u need to upgrade the building to tier 3(somehow u need to make it only upgrade tier 3)...it can also produce all resources just 2 every 6 seconds( any faster and it would be to good to go in the game)... no it is not called no name i just havent found a name for it yet
