The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

There was B2B on 3-6 but for some people it is more important to point out unharmful behaviour.

Tsk, tsk, PLGuy. Haven't read enough of my posts yet, have we?
@PLGuy
Seriously now - that's just my way of trolling and I've probably broken that rule many more times than you anyway. Many can attest. :P Also, not noticing the B2B is indeed my fault.

014. I would suggest learning to code, Java is a good place to start.

I guess I could/should actually do that, it's just that I'm worried about the other school subjects (History, Geography, Portuguese...) that I'll have in the exams, then I don't quite know where I should focus on...

Tomorrow, I'll take a look at the difficulty level of the previous exams, if I'm OK enough at it, I'll go "mad", and study Java, Math and Physics... and German... English will also be super useful to me in the Future, but I'm happy with my knowledge level... for now

Do you think I can get at least a little bit good at coding in like ~2 months?

Absolutely! You can learn the basics of almost any language in that time (in my experience)
Wow, we are taking almost opposite subjects. I am doing Java (Computer Science), Physics, and maths as well as economics, english, and Spanish.

@PLGuy

I don't remember how many cards was maximum I got in one game as Nilf but it surely was huge.

I once brought the entire Nilfgaard deck into the battlefield in the third round Won the first round through just playing spies and decoying them and playing them back and winning with some STR 10 units, passed the 2nd immediately, then in the third I used my medics and all the cards I had drawn and pretty much got a 293 Strength total and played the entire deck down

Monsters didn't get any spies with Blood and Wine, and they pretty much only got that fancy leader, Olgierd and the Toad with HoS as a bit of a buff. Blood and Wine doesn't add any new cards, aside from the new Skellige faction, which is really powerful, but really RNG dependent (strong card combos but they require you to have the right cards in your hand. For example Berserkers, that are STR 2 but if you play a card called Mardroeme on the row they transform into STR 8 Tight Bond bears - very hard to achieve given that the deck has no spies and only 1 medic excluding Yennefer)

Nilfgaard simply gets a huge card advantage after one point so they really control the entire flow of the battle. Even with a balanced deck, and clear weathers, if they have a weather effect they can just save it for the end for example. Funnily enough the only change they needed to do was double the strength of all spies to make it balanced (A STR 18 spy is a good trade-off for 2 cards I think. Considering you can make it STR 36 with a commander's horn)

Scoia'Tael on the other hand, they are by far the least powerful but certainly the most customizable deck. There are many cards you can consider having.

As for Monsters, you can use Bringer of Death if you are playing with 44 + cards you will end up with at least 2 useless cards in your hand (or better yet, one muster and Yennefer. You can discard it and revive it to get the other musters in your deck), so discarding them to get anything from your deck at all, looking at the first 2 cards to see if Avallac'h is worth it, is a pretty good tactic

Procrastinating is the special skill of 99% of human beings.

I wonder what the other remaining 1% is then

I guess it depends on who you mean. Not everyone has the same special skill. Except if you're talking about any Asian.

21. I am asian. And I don't feel offended. Even I joke about the skills of asian people.

023. Seriously, I have no idea how Asians do it. My math teacher gave the group of asians a special name because they all have 100's in the class

24. Is it the way of upbringing? Maybe more often parents contribute to kid's study in asian families? Anybody knows Eugene from The Try Guys? He's always winning competitions with these white dudes and a few times he said that he was bad at grades. He is the best in what he does he has just chosen another way of shinobi.

@helpo1 I've read enough of your posts - but it was on a page that Yellowcat proposed to guillotine Kali so there was kinda contrast.

@Doombreed Indeed that 18 STR might now turn out not worth it. I've never used that tactic with Bringer of Death and Yennefer and I doubt I would have been able to pull it off against most Nilf players due to "Emhyr The White Flame". Man this card game is so cool because it is so different from Heartstone and still have great mechanics and is very playable. Actually I don't know about any similar card games. Every new card game now seems like a copy of Heartstone, like The Elder Scrolls: Legends.
