CoD is fun but very over rated. That is my opinion because I bought my first CoD which was black ops when it was released i had a good bit of fun with it but, I noticed the longer I played it the less fun i was having.. What really put my point away was when CoD MW3 came out, that was the biggest disappointment of the CoD Series and I believe a lot of people will agree with that. After playing CoD MW3 for about 2 months i was getting so mad at the over powered guns and beasts that ran around with the striker that I bought BattleField 3 :P I thought battlefield 3 was much more entertaining, you don't die with 2 bullets and the map are much more fun and very big Dont get me wrong CoD is ok, but if your looking for a fun less arcade type game with less people that "**** in game" I would recommend Battlefield 3 hope this helps
or for the stealth take down thing, the knifer would have to press a series of controls quickly to kill but the victum would have to say tap the x button repeatedly to break free. maybe thats too much
I can never imagine CoD doing this though. They have to make everything fast and simple. So if I am going to be realistic, maybe you can still knife normally, but it takes a long time to kill, so there is time for one of your teammates to kill you. If you have seen the knife animation for farcry 3, I would like it to be somewhat like that.
but in COD it takes three shots and thus making it almost impossible to get in two melees. For example, in infection if you rush someone and miss with the melee you will most likely die.
This is in Infinity Ward's games, not Treyarch's. In Black Ops the time to kill isn't as fast as it is in MW2 or MW3.
And as I said before, if that leaked information is true then they are going to have a perk so that the people who actually rely on the knife can kill quickly with it.
The first piece of classified information from callofduty.com was shown, it takes you to FPSRussia's video he made yesterday. On the blurry one next to the video it shows the word "tacitus" FPSRussia is wearing a shirt that says that in the video.

And btw has antone heard about the new RC draone that will be in BO2? If you go to the CoD website then there will be a bunch of classified pics that will be released over time. Only 1 has been released so far and it has a blurry picture in it so its hard to see but with a little brightening up and some editing you will see it looks exactly like the RC draone in FPS russia's vid. So its basicly going to be a mini copter that has a mounted machine gun and can blow up like a RCXD and u control .
Solution to panic knifing. Change default settings to tactical.
That's not the problem. The problem is how it takes one knife swipe to kill and you have nothing to counter it. Besides, once people realise they can't panic knife by default they'll look into the settings.

He can if they reinvent it. A melee slot and a perk to help the melee. The only people I see using that over other perks are the ones that really want to use their knife as a primary, like OUMB.

alright i was talking to a guy at my local gamestop and he said that they'll be announcing the next call of duty(black ops of course) in a couple of weeks
BO2 will be announced on may 1st. the only thing in the site right now is a link to a fps russia video, where he demonstrates a bigger and badder recon drone.
oh yeah, some news on my montages. im almost done with the all around good one. its pretty nice so far, i just need a few more seconds of recording. then i have about 1:30 for my quickscoping, and about 1 min of trolling.
